Website terms
These terms cover the use of solidgen.dev. They are short on purpose. Our services are sold under a separate written agreement.

Who we are
This site is run by Solid Gen, trading as SOLID Gen, a software company in Tirana, Albania. By using the site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.
Using the site
Anyone may read the site. Please do not:
- try to break into, overload or disrupt the site or the server behind it;
- send forms by automated means, or send spam or harmful content;
- copy the site in bulk, or present it as your own;
- use the site against the law.
We may block access that does any of this.
What the content is
The site gives general information about us and our services. It is not advice for your project. Durations, ranges and descriptions are typical, and we confirm the real ones with you in writing before we start.
We try to keep the site accurate and working, but we provide it as it is. We do not promise that it is free of errors, always available or suitable for a particular purpose. We may change or remove any part of it at any time.
Our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using the site or relying on its content, including lost profit, lost data or interrupted business.
Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.
Our content and brand
The text, design, images, logo and the name SOLID Gen belong to us or are used with permission. You may link to the site and quote short parts with credit. Any other use needs our written permission.
Names of other products and companies, such as Kentico or Microsoft Azure, belong to their owners. Naming them does not mean they endorse us.
Links to other sites
The site links to sites we do not control, such as LinkedIn and Cal.com. We are not responsible for their content or their terms.
Forms, emails and contracts
Sending a form, an email or booking a call does not create a contract, and neither does a reply from us. A contract starts only when both sides confirm it in writing, for example by signing a proposal or an agreement.
Our services, whether consulting, migrations, audits, retained work, training or products, are provided under that separate written agreement. If it differs from anything on the site, the agreement applies.
What you send us
When you send us information, you confirm that you may share it. Please do not send confidential or sensitive details before we have agreed in writing how to protect them. We handle personal data as the privacy policy explains.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Albania. Disputes about them go to the competent courts of Albania. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection that the law of the country where you live gives you, and you may use its courts.
