How an engagement runs
Durations are ranges for a mid-size project. We confirm them with you before we start.
Intro call A 30 to 45 minute call
A shared view of the question you want answered and what a good answer looks like.
We need: A short description of the situation and who is affected.
Assessment 1 to 3 weeks
A hands-on review of code, infrastructure and ways of working, with interviews where useful.
We need: Read access to code and environments, and time with the people who know them.
Recommendations report About 1 week
A written report with findings, ranked recommendations and a suggested roadmap, presented in a call.
We need: Feedback on a draft, and the right people in the presentation.
Optional implementation Scoped separately
Help carrying out the recommendations, scoped and priced on its own.
We need: A decision on which recommendations to act on first.

What do we receive at the end?
A written report with findings, ranked recommendations and a roadmap, and a call to walk through it.
Do we have to hire you to implement it?
No. The report stands on its own. Implementation is optional and scoped separately.
Can you advise our team as well as review the code?
Yes. Coaching and training sessions can sit alongside the assessment.
